Returns must be accompanied by a RCN (Returns Confirmation Number), details are below. Items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, in original packaging (tags, box, and/or pouch included), and reported within 3 days of receipt.
If your item arrives damaged/defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 2 days) and include photos of the damage/wrong item.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty. If you would like to return a damaged or faulty item(s) to us, please refer to the information below under 'damaged items' to be advised how to make a return.
