Returns

We’re certain you’ll love your Halo Jewelers pieces, however, if you need to return any item purchased on halojewelers.com please return it to us along with your proof of purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be accompanied by a RCN (Returns Confirmation Number), details are below. Items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, in original packaging (tags, box, and/or pouch included), and reported within 3 days of receipt. 

If your item arrives damaged/defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 2 days) and include photos of the damage/wrong item.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty. If you would like to return a damaged or faulty item(s) to us, please refer to the information below under 'damaged items' to be advised how to make a return.

All below items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Special Orders. Sized, bespoke or altered pieces.
  • Custom orders
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.
  • Minor color or design variations due to the handcrafted nature of products.
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition.
  • Order cancellations after placement.

Steps to Return:

  • Notify us via email at help@halojewelers.com within 3 days of receiving your order. A RCN will be provided which you must include in the return package. You will also be provided with the return shipping address.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any items/packages which do not reach us so we recommend you use a trackable service.
  • Upon receipt of items our customer team will send you a confirmation email. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt and the card originally used will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus any delivery charges. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
  • Please note that we do not offer a free returns service at the moment.

Damaged Items:

  • If you receive an order and deem it faulty, please email our customer service team at sales@halojewelers.com including pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. 
  • Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.

Purchases from Halo Jewelers Retailers:

  • If you have purchased an item(s) you deem faulty from an independent retailer that stocks Halo Jewelers you will need to return the item along with your proof of purchase to the retailer directly and they will arrange an exchange or refund for you.
