Order Processing:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.  
  • Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order and the shipment tracking details.

USA Shipping:

  • Shipping costs $10 for orders under $249. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $250. Please allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery*. 
  • For expedited shipping, there will be an additional charge.

Shipping to Canada:

  • Shipping costs $20 for orders under $249. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $250. Please allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery*. 
  • For expedited shipping, there will be an additional charge.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is available. Please email us at help@halojewelers.com for details.

International Customs and Tax Charges:

  • Please note that international orders shipped outside of the USA may incur customs and tax charges upon delivery. Please be aware that we do not cover these charges and you, the customer, are responsible for paying any of these import charges. Customs and tax charges differ for each country so we advise contacting your local customs office to inquire about any possible fees before placing your order with us.

Deliveries:

  • We partner with trusted courier services, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
  • Please ensure an accurate delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility if an incorrect delivery address is provided.
  • The estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option is submitted at the customer's end.
  • For failed deliveries (after attempted redelivery), the package will be returned to us by courier. Additional shipping charges will be applied.
  • Custom (made-to-order) or special orders may have a longer delivery time, the customer will be informed accordingly.
  • For security purposes, all our Halo Jewelers deliveries require a signature.
